The Group has actively pursued strategies to expand or improve its operations and market its products both locally and overseas via acquisition of new technology, set up of manufacturing facilities overseas, establishment of new sales offices or joint ventures. The Group has a network of sales offices throughout the world which not only markets the Dunham-Bush products but also provides for the after sales services such as warranty, and sale of parts and services. Products are marketed through these chain of sales offices which have their presence not only in countries like the Asian region such as Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, but also in the Western Continent of USA, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and other parts of the world such as South Africa, Dubai, and Mexico.

The Dunham-Bush Group is taking steps to penetrate the markets in Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and the Latin America countries. It plans to capture more global clienteles through high quality, reliable and innovative products.

Among the customers of Dunham-Bush products are conglomerates known internationally such as PEMEX, the national gas and oil company in Mexico and Bufete Industrial, one of the largest engineering and contracting firms in Latin America. Other major international clients include the Beijing West Railway Station project in China and Lurdy Haz shopping, cinema and office center in Budapest, Hungary. Major local clients include the Petronas Twin Towers, KL International Airport, Berjaya Times Square, Sunway Pyramid shopping complex, IOI Mall, Putrajaya Marriot etc.

As a major global player in air-conditioning and refrigeration the Group has set up a team of Research & Development unit, which comprise of a team of experienced engineers in Malaysia and in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA. Together, they coordinate the Group's research and development activities focusing on new technologies to improve its existing product lines. Over the years, the team of engineers have pioneered many leading technology features which have been incorporated into the Group's products. Many of these have been registered as patents by the Group. This ensure that the Dunham-Bush Group remains competitive in the global market.
